Canceling Delta

Delta has been on my cancel bubble a long time. Too much social engineering and liberal-cause BS instead of just flying your fcking airplanes safely and efficiently.
This is a great example of how fake all this Carbon Neutral bullchit is...
When an airline who only makes money when their planes are puking out emissions from burning fossil fuel says they are carbon neutral, then anyone and any company can be carbon neutral. Maybe Exxon is already carbon neutral.
What this means, if you are not a liberal and can't see through it, is Delta will charge all passengers extra $ so that those $ can be fed to companies owned by elitist democrats (e.g., the Al Gores of the world) who pay themselves (and all their family who consult for the business) exorbitant salaries while they fake records and claim they planted 10M trees for offsets.
This is the "Green Economy" AOC and the rest of them want. It's green corruption to the max.

If Clemson football flys Delta, then will you boycott them? Unsure how the transitive property of boycotting works? TIA

I've been thinking about this for several years, so not a quick decision.
No, would not boycott the Tigers over this. But it would be great to see them on American this year for a couple reasons!

Boycotting businesses over politics is silly and childish.

If Chick fil A funded the entirety of the next little Trumpling child to run for office, I would still pound their sandwiches.

Dude you’re kinda fragile aren’t you? Sure it’s PR bullshirt, but who cares? If Delta has the best flight at the lowest price choose them ,if not move on. If, like you say, they use this as an excuse to raise prices the market will sort it out an they’ll lose volume. Surely you have something more important to beech about.

Fragile? Not sure what is fragile about not supporting a company that is practically an arm of the democratic party.
Do you donate to WinRed? Why not? Of course if you are a democrat you are not going to give money to pubs.
I do not want to support a company that is going way out of bounds, IMO, to support progressive issues.
The reason this is confusing to you, is that THERE ARE NO COMPANIES DOING THE OPPOSITE from the conservative side. If there were companies throwing their conservative values in your fcking face 24/7/365 you might decide not to give them your money.

I don’t know what the F Winred is so no don’t contribute. I assume it’s some kinda conservative PAC if so I couldn’t name one liberal PAC either.
Planning to reduce your fuel consumption by 25% isn’t liberal or conservative; it’s good business. Reducing fuel consumption reduces operating expenses and increases gross margin; that’s absolutely the only thing these giant companies care about. The 30M “investment” in carbon reduction is purely marketing meant to drive traffic to their products; this spend is nothing for a company that has nearly $20B in revenues annually. It’s literally peanuts because they probably spend more on the peanuts that they serve on their flights. The only color these companies care about is green; the only environment they want to improve is the one in their boardrooms when they’re delivering the financial results to their shareholders. The opinions that they share publicly are the ones that they believe will engender the most good will with the greatest number of potential customers. The fact that you get triggered by all of these “liberal” companies should be proof to you that your opinions are in the minority; because these companies spend millions determining what real people want to hear, and use that intelligence to shape their messages.

Hard no. I will oh whatever they ask whenever I am traveling. They are hands down the best and I couldn’t care less about their politics or policies.

I don't disagree. They are good and the skyclubs are super nice. This is why I have not burned my card yet...
Got a close friend who is a Delta pilot. The insider knowledge he has shared actually makes me dislike them more. He himself abhors Delta management.

You want them to just fly airplanes and shut the eff up.
But then you are choosing what companies to do business with based on their social policies? Why not just fly whatever airline services you the best?
