Myles Murphy feels like he has put it all together

Here’s a scary thought for opponents' offensive coordinators: Myles Murphy finally feels like everything is starting to click for him. The sophomore defensive end is putting together a stellar 2021 campaign, racking up 17 tackles, 5 1/2 tackles for loss, and 2 1/2 sacks through five games.

very cerebral football player. Wilkins mental game was just as good as his physical game. If Murphy gets to that level, look out!

Don't forget Christian's infectious energy. You cant help but raise your energy level when you have someone like that next to you. I hope when his playing days are over he comes back as an assistant in some capacity. And yes Murphy is a stud and only getting better.

Christian Wilkins was the lifeblood of our team, and I do believe he elevated the play of the entire program, both by his relentless work ethic and, like you said - his energy. His enthusiasm and love for the game and his teammates. You could see it all over the field on gameday.

That 2018 defense was the best we've ever had in my opinion, and at the center of it was Wilkins. Trevor was a true freshman and did a god job with leadership, but ultimately Wilkins was the leader of the team.
