I disagree with Manac. I think if you are not in your best shape, a break can look pretty good on pants.

and as far as pleats vs. flat front, again, pleats can be good if you aren't in your best shape. But pleats generally will drape better with a cuff hemmed into the pants.

No break to 1/4” break is what I’d suggest looks best on almost everyone these days. Fine line between no break and highwaters though. Leave the full break in the 90’s where it belongs.
