I know today's the spring game... but

Apr 13, 2013, 8:49 AM

I'd like to hear some thoughts on the first two days at Augusta.

"I've been working since I was 15 continually until now. I worked 40 hours a week at 15, when it wasn't even legal for 15 year olds to work that many hours."

Not pulling for Tiger but I felt bad for him on 15 when the ball hit the flag stick and rolled into the water.

I don't like the way the bank is there where it can trickle off the green and roll all the way into the water. Of course Tigers shot was moving not trickling.

Wild day yesterday...Jason Day is at the top of the leaderboard again - let's see if he can hang on this year.

Sergio crashed and burned (as expected)....did you see his interview after Thursday's round? No surprise he fell apart - no confidence.

Dustin Johnson imploding should have been a surprise to me but it was. He had a lot of mojo Thursday and I don't know what happened overnight.

Tiger really caught a bad break on 15 yesterday...a little different outcome on that hole and he could have the lead by himself (potentially). We'll see if he can battle back today (moving day) and push the leaders. I hope so.

And now a review of Tiger's drop on 15?? Seriously? The rule is gray as it can be...

rule isnt gray. where he dropped versus where he should have is gray. it will be tough once you replace the divot to find the exact spot or from replace prove he did go there or not

The course is in amazing condition

The grass is thick and the flowers are blooming. The course played a lot harder yesterday than it did the day before.

Tiger is in striking position, as much as I hate to say it. Every time he has won at Doral and the Arnold Palmer Invitational in the same year, he has won at Augusta. He also rarely breaks 70 in the first round and doesn't have the 36-hole lead when he has won. Which could make it interesting.

Fred Couples is playing nicely and I think has an advantage this year from being in the same position last year, and might be able to do something special this weekend.

Guan making the cut was surprising to me, but the kid has game.

Jason Day looked good and could post some more low scores this weekend.

Overall a very fun first two rounds at Augusta.
