Okay, after my own attempts at this were a bad comedy, I took dawg's suggestion and got this all web based.
Follow the link below to vote. This covers Regions 1 and 2. I will post Regions 3 and 4 in the reply.
You have until the end of the day Monday to vote Round One. Then end of the day Tuesday to vote Round 2. Wednesday for Round 3. You get the picture.
We'll have a championship round that following Monday.
At this point, I ain't changing anything because I've flubbed everything else worse than Hangover 3.

I love both of those movies, I hate they were seeded together. In the end, for me, Austin Powers was a generational-defining movie. Mean Girls every bit as quotable though.

I only saw the first one, and it was annoying. Thank goodness for Gene Hackman; Ben Stiller got to be in a funny movie - Royal Tenenbaums.

I saw it on that Netflix show "The Movies that Made Us" and it's the only one that sticks out like a sore thumb.
Painfully unfunny, and I actually like Will Ferrell. Give me Bad Santa anyday over that movie.

Christmas movie they MUST watch.
I saw it for the first time last year, and was very meh on it.
And I think some of his movies are really funny. Anchorman is one of my favorites, and I also happen to like Semi-Pro a lot too
