but for this quote (in response to the $5M NIL offer rumor): “For me, I think college football is going to turn into a mess. They're going to have to do something. ” Although, the argument could be made, college football has already been turned into a mess. Oh well, I suppose I will enjoy it for as long as I can.

The truth is Cade looked like we thought Drake was supposed to look...as he progresses drake will have to take to the flyaway with the other ducks! Even the announcers saw poise in Cade that above what they were expecting to see out of drake...Cade has energy that can be infectious to the rest of the team...everyone saw we could win and wanted to get in on the fun!

They were just spreading rumors that they had heard, but had no direct evidence of anything they said.
The problem is they didn't couch it in terms of, "Someone told me" or anything like that. Their quotes implied first hand knowledge.

Narduzzi lost his top receiver after last season to USC sr due to a big nil deal. He was bought as many of the Oklahoma players were when Riley went to USC. What we all know is the tip of the iceberg. FL State not only is tampering but paying thru nil transfers to make themselves a contender. It is working. Look at that roster.

I can see how Mack would have firsthand information of any financial offers that came to Maye, but Nardooshi would only know if he was the one making the offer.
