I have an old vacuum tester that presses against the air horn does that pretty well for two carbed engines..past that, well, it gets a little sketchy.

Use a feeler gauge under the butterfly valves if you mucked with the idle screws.

annoying. You'd still be stopping in Lake Wylie or 5 points for gas. The nearest grocery store isn't really all that far away but is still an annoying distance. Mrs. Smith's isn't open any more for quick items our your Sunday beer if you were a regular. I miss that place. When I'd come home from Clemson, it would usually be my first stop. My dad would almost certainly be there.
