if they are, they are usually boo'ing the coaches, not the players imo.

I agree. This coaching staff needs to know that many fans are not happy with their overall performance in this respect. Yes we've improved since the bad days, yes we won a couple a of nice bowl games, yes we've beaten 25 or so unranked opponents BUT we have not beaten the Coots, have not beaten many teams where the talent levels were comparable, we haven't won a
"key" game like against GT last week with lots on the line, we do beat up on teams with far less talent than Clemson has.
IMO should we lose to the Coots, it is time to reevaluate this head coach and his staff. They are the ones responsible for the recruits we get. It's that plain and simple.
We have a terrific defense but our offense from top to bottom is horrible. Our play calling is even worse.
I've supported Dabo for several years but I do believe it is time to produce in big games. I've listened to all the coach speak, bs, and calling out of fans that I care to listen to. Dabo, either produce or make changes. Stop being so darn stubborn and take personal responsibility for your failures and accept your accomplishments with grace.
Finally, I have not and will not boo any Clemson player under any circumstance. My comments re Cole have all been tempered by the fact that he does not have the skills to begin with and his injuries make matters even worse. I've gone far above the Cole QB issue and I expect the coaches to show that THEY HAVE IMPROVED in some way. They are paid far too much for a performance where the only teams we beat are the lackeys of the ACC and a couple of OOC games. I am most disappointed with this season where we have one win over a quality team--Louisville. That needs to change or we need another discussion about our future. Remember, we were really down for years so ANY improvements gets clouded in our past and appears to be perhaps bigger than it really is.
