the Music Industry needs to produce some THANKSGIVING songs

Christmas music should be banned on Thanksgiving Day. It is a crime against humanity to hear one holiday's songs on another holiday.
If we just had a couple hundred good Thanksgiving songs the issue would resolve itself.
Every band/singer needs to commit to writing a good Thanksgiving tune suitable for airplay. Sing about turkeys or eating too much or hating your family, SOMETHING. Please.
Spare us the tired, same old Mariah Carey and Paul McCartney rubbish for at least a few days longer every year.

There's a handful out there if you know where to look
Young Turks by Rod Steward is pretty good
Do the Hokie pokie is a traditional favorite
Smashing Pumkins are good
The Cranberries are good
James brown sang about Do the Mashed Potatoes
Korn and Bread are pretty good bands
I agree its not a lot but there are a few
