conservative does.
A real conservative like Mitt, that talks tough about immigration but opposed emergency funding for more border control/fencing/high tech surveillance, that Trump requested.
A real conservative like Graham that fawned all over activist judge Sotomayor, and tentatively went along with Barrett and Cavanaugh. Now fighting to put the corrupt FBI in charge of red flag laws.
A real conservative built in the image of McCain. You know the poopy-mouthed thumbs-down move to wage the future debt of America on socialized medicine; all because he was butt hurt on a personal level.
A real conservative like Cheney that is spending 100% of her time on an event that lasted a few hours, two years ago. She is on TV everyday and not one mention the failures of this administration, or anything about the country burning down around her. All because Trump called her fat.
A real conservative like all of the ones that have been in power for decades that promised to cut taxes, call out the UN's bsht, become energy independent, bring manufacturing back to America, promise conservative judges, crack down on illegal immigration, and put America first. I want one of those guys.
Why was Trump ever elected in the first place?

They are all arrogant, self-serving politicians and the only honest and consistent one is Trump. Am I right?

A real conservative would not spend all day posting on Tnet, but instead, working hard, being a leader, and pulling themselves and others up by their bootstraps. Do you know anyone like this Keowee? Put your money where your mouth is amd PROVE to us that you are a real conservative by working hard and not posting here.

Dan Crenshaw - the Navy SEAL y'all call EyePatch McCain?
Jun 23, 2022, 9:59 AM

He lost his right eye to an improvised explosive device while serving as a Navy SEAL in Afghanistan. I know some of you say he "needs to be hung for treason." He voted for aid to Ukraine and The Little Tucker Boy gave him the nickname EyePatch McCain.
What about him?

he is OUR Congressman, lost both legs to an IUD, and does not support the MAGA agenda. I am on his mailing list. His office is a couple of blocks down the street from ours. I wave to him from time to time when he is hopping around, goes for a run on his lunch break, and he waves back to a FREAKING LIBERAL?
I wonder if he is a conservative.

The idea that anbody besides Trump would be a fail for true

conservatives is total, 100% ########. As Trump himself would say, it's fake news. There are plenty of much better alternatives, not only for the conservative cause, but for America. If this election comes down to Trump and Joe again, just see my signature below - it will never have been more accurate.

plenty? Name them. Also, they have to be able to WIN.
Mittens proved he would fold like a little btch once the left started calling him names. DeSantis? Maybe, but he is "too Trump-like" for the "real conservatives" on here. Who else do you have?
Don't get me wrong, I will vote for whomever the republican nominee is, but it their inaction over the last few decades that made Trump possible in the first place.

have a realistic chance of beating him. DeSantis says he should have spoken out against Trump and his lockdowns.
Should be an interesting primary season with those two going at it.

Trump more than he did Mitt.
After Hillary's email fiasco, one of the worst foreign policy mistakes in U.S. history (using a private server), she was a terrible candidate. McCain would have beaten her, the same with Dole.
Trump was an awful candidate compared to GOP candidates Mitt or McCain. Obama would have beaten Trump like a drum.

You left out Paul Ryan, Nikki Haley, Ben Sasse, Bob Dole,
Jun 23, 2022, 10:57 AM

|
Strom Thurmond, Jack Kemp, Alan Simpson, Jeb Bush, Lamar Alexander...all who pushed conservative causes, yet also had the ability to cross the aisle at times for the betterment of the country.
The trouble with you moronic hardliners is that one issue will push you over the edge depending on what day it is, and you're so desperate for one who goes along with what you want 100% of the time, you'll accept a terrible human being who was an embarrassment to our country.
Another thing is that you're insecure in your manhood and will fawn over a guy who talks tough with comedic one liners like kungflu, do nothing Jeb, mini-Mike, Pocahontas, your wife's ugly, my heroes were the ones who didn't get captured...because it makes you hard.

One issue? Like putting public funded abortion in a gun bill? Yea.
Every conservative should be pushing to lower taxes. Every conservative should be trying to cut spending (trump included). The problem isn’t that I want 100% agreement, I don’t want the fed government involved at all in most issues. Covid restrictions, abortions, guns; it should be at the state level.
P.S. Walking across the isle was ended by democrats, not republicans. They only break ranks during election years.
I’m actually the opposite, I only care about actions. That is my point. The “real conservatives” have done much talking, but not much doing.
As far as the rest of your personal attacks are concerned, you’re a pssy.

Don't conservatives support "law and order"? MAGA has repeatedly shown no respect towards "law and order". Attacking law enforcement, evading investigations, and attempting to overturn democratic elections. Why has MAGA supported corruption and authoritarianism?

You don't really support "law and order", nor do you support the constitution. If you dud, you'd be quite interested in the J6 committee. But since the subjects of their investigation is your cult leader, his administration, and others around him, you would rather forego the "law and order", and let it slide, and make up a million excuses as to why it's a "witch hunt".

Extremists on both the right and left have far too much political influence now. Social media and news have amplified voices and ideas that don’t deserve air. The vast majority of the country are moderates, and want options to vote for who don’t see everything in black and white. Good luck with your RINO hunting though.

LOL, you're calling Cheney and Graham "not conservative" because they support "law and order".
And the ACA is almost identical to the Republican health care plan proposed by the Heritage foundation in 1994. The ACA is not single payer, no matter what Tucker tells you.
I noticed you left out the conservative values of fiscal responsibility and family values. Why is that? Cherry pick much?
Nice rant, but fail.
