Coach Swinney

Mar 5, 2013, 8:28 AM

Dabo was just on the coot radio 560 the team in cootlumbia. Very good interview from Dabo. Winning along with some HC experience has calmed our coach down a whole lot. He calmly went through what we have coming back. He talked about what he expected from our team next season without bragging and getting all excited. I'm personally proud of the way he carried himself on their sports talk this morning compared to just a couple of years ago. When the interview was over, there were no jokes made from the way Dabo use to get all giddy. Actually the radio host only had good things to say about Dabo. They now take Dabo seriously, and he isn't the blunt end of their jokes. Dabo has grown with our team, and I'm proud to say that Dabo is the Head Coach of our Clemson Tigers. Dabo now has Clemson as a team to be taken seriously by everyone on our schedule. We all know that it has been a very long time since we have had that type of respect. Gooooo Tigersssss!!!

As he has grown so has the program

he runs a clean and respectable program and has brought us to places we have been to in decades. If not for the SC issue he'd be the most beloved coach since Danny.

He is the most beloved coach since Coach Ford because he really loves Clemson and his sincere passion for it shows in his attitude and his actions. In fairness, the other Clemson coaches never had to play against THIS scar program. It was usually easy to beat up on USuCks when Coaches Ford and Bowden were there.

I agree 100%!!! Spurrier by far as far as I'm concerned is the best coach the coots has ever had.

He is the most beloved coach since DF. The usuc record isn't nearly as important as some make it seem. They mean nothing to most of the country. While I love to beat them, that game won't make one a great coach, nor will them beating us a few times make them a good school.

and you are FOS...Spurrier and Miles are clowns who get made

fun of all the time...and we have plenty of respect

give em a couple of hours....you can't wash off coot stank

Mar 5, 2013, 9:38 AM

way of thinking...they'll be back in the gutter talkin' irrational crap in no time.

I for one always thought Swinney a perfect

fit for Clemson, from day one. All it was gonna take was winning to convince the doubters. I like the fact that he gets excited--college football, especially at Clemson--is exciting and I think the players and coaches feed off of that enthusiasm. Who cares what the coot radio folks think? He's not the head ball coach (who's an @$$hole btw)and I couldn't care less what their opinion of our coach is. GO TIGERS!

Perhaps it's because I don't live in Columbia and listen to usc-e biased announcers, but I've never heard anyone make fun of Dabo's passion. I listen regularly to the guys on ESPN-U and they typically speak in glowing terms about his passion and enthusiasm.
