football team is to to us. We are not getting any of the best recruits . Long time Clemson leans going to them, Years of under achieving has turned the table on the great tradition we had in baseball.I will be surprised if we don't get swept again. I wish coaches could see when they are hurting the program & need to retire

Doesn't mean we can't be great at both, but if we have to be dominant at one thing and awful at the other at any point in time, I want to be playing big boy football.

actually the problem is we dont give as much scholarship money to our players...Wingo is a perfect example...I know for a fact that Tanner offered more than Jack and Wingo only asked Jack to match it...He didnt and Wingo goes to Cootville...that is the bottom line...

I doubt that a few hundred bucks would make that much difference to the Wingo's. If Billy's boy wanted to come here, he would have.

I have a different take on every other sport outside of football , and that is that it would be nice to beat the Dirtpeckers at them all , but not all combined mean a cent toward the importance I place on beating them in football.
They are a womens basketball school , and when equestrians roll around they will be that .
Clemson is a football school , always and forever.

Oddly, our second baseman had better stats than Wingo.

Baseball recruiting is tough with 11.7 scholarships.
