I Don't Mind Saying The GT Came Scare the H3LL Out of Me

I know Venables will have the defense ready but GT is playing really good and if our offense and special teams commits turnovers we will lose this game......Period.
Watson will be back but I expect some rust and he will probably sail some passes until he gets into a rhythm.
GT is one of those teams we have not played well in their stadium.
SO very much is riding on this game....This is for the Orange bowl...plain and simple.
I will be fairly miserable all week dwelling on this game.....That's why I love college football so much because it is the only thing that can consistently screw with my head like this..LOL

be allowed to finish out the year. No sense risking DW hand so people can go to Florida and party. A lot more is at stake next year and we need DW healthy. Putting DW behind this weak Oline is too risky. Maybe next year the O will be much improved?

That has been the only goal that really matters since we lost at FSU.
Another Orange Bowl would be nice. Another 10-win season would be nice. But I would trade any of those now for a resounding victory over the coots. We do NOT want them to win a 6th in a row with a 7th looming.

What worries me is our D getting worn down. Our O HAS to score. I don't think we can rely on the D in this game like we have the last three or four.

1. They didn't play Clemson
2. They didn't play Fla State
3. They didn't play Louisville or BC, who both have ample rushing defense to stop them
4. They LOST to UNC, who's defense can't beat Wilson Jr. High.
5. They beat Wofford, Tulane and Ga Southern (barely).
In short, Tech abuses people with weak defense or a propensity for turnovers at critical times. We have the defense to throttle the Jackets. What we need to do is avoid the turnovers. Having DW, Charone and Tyshon would certainly tilt the scale in our favor.
