Is a "great" HC.

Buffalo is too cold..doesn't have the name stature of say Dallas or Green Bay..,doesn't seem to get on TV as much.. Never seems to have great seasons or a Super Bowl run..etc.

Their defense is nasty and they have some playmakers on offense. Their o-line is pretty good too. They really just need a quarterback to play a whole season and play well and they will be in the playoffs this year. I don't think Tyrod Taylor is the guy. Maybe they'll try and get somebody later in the draft.

They could also make some moves on the trade market.
