I'm 46, figured I would try that first and get a screening if it was positive. Mine was negative, so I'll push the rectum violation on down the road a few years. BCBS paid the full amount for the Cologuard screening, too.

USPTF finally changing their recommendations to reflect what GI surgeons and endoscopists have been recommending for years.
If you have significant family history, I wouldn't even wait until 45, I'd do it sooner. Colon and rectal cancers are demonstrating a terrifying demographic shift to younger and younger people.
Pro tip: if your insurance won't cover a screening colonoscopy until you're a certain age and you want one, just tell your PCP that you're having rectal bleeding. It will be billed as a diagnostic colonoscopy rather than a screening one, and boom, insurance will cover 100% of it.

I twerked my buttshole. It was enough that I sat out the 2nd half of a basketball game because my white shorts were red.
Also, the great chili incident of 2015 caused some damage.
Thankfully, none of this has slowed down the weekly pegging sessions.

That's how I had the pleasure of getting one at 30yo. They went up the butt first and found nada. Then down the throat and found gerd. Omeprazole FTW. No more sheets. And no butscopies since either.
Inshawance also stopped paying for stress tests, echocardiograms, and nuclear stress tests. Doc said I needed them every 5-10 years. Stress every 5 and nuclear every 10. That was like 12 years ago and nothing since. Mentioned to doc, and he got it coded and done as he said I needed one. He's had like 3 or 4 patients now who have gone on to have bypasses because he miscoded to get the initial testing done, which found problems.

My best shot at seches with her is asking "Wanna ####". Being nice, dinner and a movie, doing laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, house cleaning, does ZILCH. Wanna #### works 50% of the time, especially if I don't even broach the subject for a week or two then just toss it out there. If there's an excuse, I grab my phone and tell her to set a date and time that will fit her schedule.
