Bone Suckin' Mustard. FWIW, for a heavy tomato sauce like for ribs, they make a good one. But I digress.
Never tasted this sauce, but here's their recipe: 1 T Bone Suckin' Mustard (shirley any mustard you like) 3 T Chardonnay Wine (it dawned on me that we could buy lil bottles, since not Chardonnay fans) 2 T Lemon or Lime juice (I'll use fresh lemon) 2 T mayo (well, duh, Duke's) 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp Garlic powder (um, couple cloves mashed fresh garlic here)
this is similar to 100 recipes, but it was an inspiration to buy the small jar of their mustard sauce.
Will be going on blackened salmon, seasoned wit Ol Bay. Sauteeing broccolini, and leftover cole slaw on the side. Will try to drink the Chardonnay, or else red wine.
