New Club Seating in the Valley?

Anyone heard anything about the upper rows of the Lower Decks being converted to Premium Club Seats with access to a Private Club area?

This is planned and will be incredibly nice but is in the area behind the boxes. It's a two story area under the upper deck that's going to be very exclusive. An architect has been retained and design in underway.

Similar to the West Zone club area but a lot nicer!
