long enough for us to know what we’re going to get. I’d like to see us quit prolonging the inevitable and bring in new leaders for both programs. Keeping them is just kicking the can down the road for another season, just to maintain our subpar status quo, and isn’t going to do us any good.

Yes I strongly agree. Was loving the Monte hire but dang the program is a shell of what it was before he got here.

Basketball is another deal altogether for me personally. I have little expectations unfortunately. Don’t know the circumstances or financials but from what I read on here Brownell is about as good as Clemson can get.

... that we can't get a younger, hungrier, up-and-coming coach for what we are paying under-achieving Brownell.

Regardless, we need a change in Basketball. The major indicator for me that we need a change are all the players that are transferring out -- that's a HUGE red flag to me.
