I began working at this school in a depressed area of SC

recently; not gonna name the school, but i had to post that there are some really pitiful excuses for staff and teachers at this school...no wonder the area is so depressed and backwards.
Anyhow, there's this one guy in particular, kinda short and thick (trying to be nice - he's really fat) I'll call him Bubba, that puts on this impression that he is super intelligent and should actually be running the entire school system (which in reality is one small HS and Jr HS and two feeder primaries.
Well, he is always spouting off about Trump this and Trump that and that the GOP has failed the welfare state.
This week, he's been on a rant about various co-workers and how they aren't even worth $12/hr. The school janitor was laughing in private and after coaxing, he told me that this Bubba guy lives down by the swamp and his neighbors have been complaining to the local sheriff that a horrible smell has been coming from his property. Several of them have talked to a lawyer about how to get demonstrative evidence as to the source of the odor.
