Many of my aunts, uncles, and cousins are OSU alums. They love their Buckeyes and are good-natured fans, but they still don't quite get the tailgating or passion of southern football.

For instance, hamburgers and hot dogs have nothing to do with "barbecue". Good luck explaining that one. They also dress pretty badly for football games. They don't understand that a football game is an important social event.

Many Ohioans think of themselves as country folk. Many of them drive pick-ups and listen to country music. They are genuinely surprised when they visit the Deep South and see what real rural countryside looks like.

I'm about to start a little trash talk with the relatives. Clemson and the ACC needs more of these match-ups with the traditional Big-Ten powers IMO.

for the ACCCG. They are all OSU fans, and we left the ACC game in the 3rd quarter to watch the end of the Michigan State game. It was a pleasure to watch them all get so upset during that game because they were just so sure that they would beat MSU and roll FSU. They just couldn't comprehend that FSU and AU are both better teams.
