Just got back from having my truck serviced

I get there and no wifi??? So I walked to another building to work while waiting
I had an 8:00 appt, the truck wasn't finished until 9:15 at "Quick Lane".
They have an onsite carwash...was that included in "The Works"? NO
Did they at least vacuum the floor of the truck? NO
It should have included checking/correcting the tire pressure. BUT THEY DID NOT.
I requested "The Works" special that was advertised online for $59.99. They charged me $15 more and I was like hey, I put in the request I want the $59.99 special. Apparently I was supposed to print the coupon but online instructions did not say that.

Better crawl under there and make sure they put the plug back in.
I bet they just wiped off the oil filter and put it back on too.
See this is why I go to a place with cameras so you can watch them screw your car up.

Are you suggesting that I should have done it myself? The guy that one time tried to remove an oil filter from his boat and managed to somehow remove every square inch of it except for the face that was still threaded to the engine?
So the next time, I get the special tool (filter wrench), the exact part for the exact filter. The Effer slips!!!! IT WAS MADE FOR THE FILTER!! How does it slip??? I put a small, thin rag in the filter wrench and that was enough to grip it and remove.

the filter which led me down the path of channelocks and pliers. That first filter apparently wasn't lubricated on the rubber seal from the factory.

The problem was a dry filter, that's why it wouldn't budge. I actually have years of experience welding, machine fab, and piping (the kind where you thread it and screw it and sometimes fit it)
