who originally decided that crossing two slices of bacon on a burger was a good way to do things? I mean punch them right in the bean bag.

Come on, man. Surely you could put them side by side, maybe even rip them in half to ensure even bacon distribution. What the #### is wrong with people.

But over looking that yes, that’s an embarrassing way to spread the bacon

Semi Related in my days of running a deli (that sold hot dogs, so ignore my subject line)

What boars head says
From bottom up:
Bread
Mustard
Meat
Cheese
Veggies
Mayo
Bread

They allege that it hits the taste buds better, possible marketing, but I still assemble sandwiches this way

Also, never trust a place that makes a club on less than three pieces of white bread lightly toasted and doesn’t cut into triangular pieces

In my defense this is very close to my office and I can eat here sometimes 3-4 times a week especially if we're having sales meetings or customers/vendors in. Their salads have been #### lately and i can only eat the deli sammiches so many times in a row. Hence the burger decision.
