Baylor should be #3

Nov 10, 2013, 10:03 PM

And I think Bryce Petty should be #1 for the Heisman, as well.

Guy has only 1 INT all year long.

I believe a Winston gets exposed by a D that jams his WRs properly and brings some pressure.

I agree. Do you think they can move up with

Wins over OSU, Texas, t tech, and tcu?

Past Ohio ST, yes.

Nov 10, 2013, 10:30 PM

And I wouldn't mind seeing them play for the National Championship at all.

Am actually hoping Bama or FSU stumbles by season's end.

The problem is that its so difficult to jam his WR's***

Considering two of them will be starting on Sundays next

Cole @ Beach Cole w/ Clemson Hat

I remember watching the FSU/Clemson game in DV

and watching some plays where we defended the pass pretty well, almost to the point where there was nothing else the DB's could've done without drawing a flag, and the WR's were still coming down with the ball

Re: Baylor should be #3

Nov 11, 2013, 9:18 AM

Agreed! I've watched two Baylor games and they are very impressive on both sides of the ball. Gotta love that aggressive, but fundamentally sound defense.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Probably so. Their schedule has been a joke thus far

Nov 11, 2013, 9:26 AM

but so has Ohio State's, and Baylor has impressed me more because their defense looks a lot better and more athletic than i could've imagined.

I'm not sure Stanford isn't better than both of those teams though. We may find out if Stanford plays Ohio St in the Rose Bowl.

Utah

Nov 11, 2013, 2:34 PM

Things went right against Oregon. Don't get that confused with them being a great team. Stanford also beat Army by only 14 points and UCLA by only 3. Don't let one game on tv fool you. They are not a top 5 team.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

The overturned against Washington was huge.

Nov 11, 2013, 2:38 PM

I think Washington wins if that call was not changed, and there was no video evidence to do so.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Agreed - Baylor is nasty.

Nov 11, 2013, 9:28 AM

And Petty is a stud. Man, UT really screwed the pooch with that whole QB scenario. Both Tajh and him would be playing there right now, if not for the Fulmer debacle. Those two in a 2-qb system might have actually been the ticket.
