Stupid commercials……..

My nominee for stupidest commercial is the one where the big nosed, ugly girl lands in Paris and the taxi driver asks where she wants to go. Any half way intelligent person would simply have said “Hotel Pierre” whether they understood him or not. The driver would understand.

But no! She flies all the way back home and takes a $1,000 Babbel course to learn how to say “I want to go to the Hotel Pierre”.

She must have been a coot to be that dumb.

They have slammed that commercial on everything I watch, Amazon spending millions on a commercial that irritates me! I fell asleep watch TV last night and while napping that commercial came on and I woke up pi$$ed off because I knew exactly what it was in my sleep stooper!

i traveled all over Paris one night, in the back of a taxi, told him to take me to Hotel Le Brun

turned out there were like 5 of them in Paris

My friend and I decided to take a taxi down to Broadway, where a lot of the clubs were. Atfer wandering around for a while, we hailed a taxi and said, "Take us to the Holiday Inn! He replied, "Which one...there's four of them!" We had no clue, but somehow we made it to the one we were staying at!
