I admit, I've been frustrated by the seemingly never ending

Jan 10, 2016, 12:28 PM

Love for all things Alabama, it is tiresome. However, I am pleased with all of the stories, segments, etc. coveting all angles of our Tigers, most are very well done. eSECpn is a large media conglomerate and they exist for entertainment and profits again, that is fine. What I take exception with is the need by some of their "entertainers" i.e. Booger McFarland, Greg McElroy to name a few that get really snide and personal in their disdain for any team not Alabama. The other thing is they completely call into question their credibility when they make the outlandish remark that Oklahoma was the best team in the playoffs and was the "hottest team, playing the best football of any team in America." So, to follow their rationality, shouldn't we be given some degree of credit for having beaten "the hottest team/best team in the playoffs?" Not in the world of eSECpn and that is my rub with them, today.

But it wasn't fair, Oklahoma had 4 weeks off, we only had 3. And don't forget our sideline was in the shade and it was too hot

soap operas. ESPiN writes the s-cripts and controls the story but Clemson writes the last chapter and controls the ending in the final episode this season.

I turned off the national media after the ACC championship game. I have a feeling that those that care about the national media narrative are going to be sorely disappointed, even with a Clemson victory tomorrow.

In the seasons immediately following the FSU and Ohio State national championships, the narrative at the national level was not all that flattering for those programs, in my view. I wouldn't expect it to be any different for us. Any Tiger fan that tunes in to those propaganda factories best be prepared to be offended.

Keep rolling Tigers!

Sometimes the road to the truth is so elusive it's confusing and reality becomes illusion.
