I work for a company that manufactures and supplies hydraulic equipment. We have hydraulic lift systems in a number of stages and theaters around the globe. Yes this could easily be designed. Would have to dig a large pit in the hill, install a hydraulic "power pack" with scissor lift platform. And you thought the Oculus was the crown jewel....

We could get by with one 4'by 4' for half the money. Or just give this to the Engineering Dept.for a
project.
