And get sooooo conservative with 3 runs up the middle. And bringing in TP? Why? Glad we won but dang they make it hard.

that we'd see a quick three-and-out.

Call it a lack of imagination, poor execution, whatever. But the killer instinct just wasn't there until our defense shut down LV's last drive.

in a game you can bet the farm that Clemson is going to play so conservatively that we will hardly ever get a first down to seal the game. Most of the time we will run it up the gut for 3 plays resulting in a minimal gain and then rely on our defense to win the game.

Why we can't ever seem to find a way to get that crucial game ending first down is beyond me but we sure have have seen this ###### for many years now. We lost the game up at Notre Dame last year because our offense could not seal the deal by getting a first down with 2 minutes left in the game...
