you have to look at the fact that one led his team somewhere and the other one is home. To me fumbles are as bad as picks, but evidently not in Heisman voter world.

Also Dabo has taken DW4 out early in the blow-out games. Keep him in and his stats are much greater. Did Petrino take Jackson out in their blow-outs or leave him in to pad his stats?

which means that Watson might widen the gap a little in passing, but the gap would still be HUGE in Lamar's favor on the rushing side of the ball - which is why he'll probably win.

That's all good, but Lamar also has 1538 rushing yards

and 21 rushing TDs. He's 8th in the country in rushing yards, and 11th in passing yards.
That's why he's still the prohibitive favorite. DW4 isn't completely out of the picture, but he needs a huge game against VT to really get back into the conversation. Nobody is going to compete with Lamar's stats this year, so the only way to beat him is to play the intangibles card. 12-1 team, won the conference, made the playoff etc. That's the only way Watson wins the award.

Even though Watson is a better leader and a more consistent winner, Jackson's video game numbers will probably bring home the trophy.

Does jackson really have 7 fumbles lost? That alone should put Deshaun ahead. Of course the media has been pushing lamar all year so he will probably win but Deshaun is a much better player.
