Making the turn on day one. Currently t11 at +7. Was 8 strokes off the lead. Tons of golf left but seems to be a tough course. That said, the front 9 we have way too much green and blue and not enough red.

Come on ladies, get Red hot on the back.

Apologies nwp, didn't meant to come off gruff. Tigers thru 14 at +9. Now 12 strokes from leader Oklahoma cow gals. We're in 12th. Just dissapointed but day 1 not over yet.

I just couldn’t remember if it was 4 and all counted or best 4/5.

12 is a lot to make up.

We don't have to make up 12. We just need to finish in the top six to advance. There are 7 teams in front of us that we can catch or pass if we have a good day ..... depending of course what they do, but they are certainly in reach.

Thanks tigerlinks. Gonna have to make it an early night and dream about birdies all night. An eagle or two would be nice.

Savannah and Annabelle didn't limit the damage on the doubles. As good as they've played the whole year, it's easy to forget they're sophomore and a freshman respectively. And none could capitalize on the par 5s...

Hopefully they got the first round gitters over with and come out firing. Knowing both, they were ticked more than anyone and can't wait to get to the first tee. As you eloquently stated, we're not out of it by any stretch.
