We’re only a 1/2 game ahead of Duke so the magic number today is 6 ACC wins.

I think Clemson has a bit of an easier road than Duke...

Clemson plays at UVa and then at home v. BC. Duke plays NC State and Virginia Tech.
That said, UNCheat and Wake aren't completely out of the woods yet either. The Holes finish with Wake and FSU while Wake still plays UNC and NC State.
One concern is that Clemson's postponed game at Pitt (that will not be made-up) could come back to bite them from a winning percentage stand point.

I answered above. Our magic number is 6 ACC wins. He didn’t ask a hypothetical. As of today we can clinch a spot in the tourney with 6 ACC wins.

If you understand baseball at any level you understand what a magic number is. As of today our magic number in ACC play to guarantee we make the ACC tournament is 6. But, for the first in over month we go into an ACC series controlling our destiny.
