How is my dog eating through RG-6 cable and not getting

zapped? The little mutt is able to get her paw out and pull the coax cable going from the wall jack to the modemand pull it into the kennel and chew on it until it's hanging on by a thread and the network stops packet exchange.
This has happened twice.
Obvious solution is to move her kennel away from that area, but I kinda want her to learn this lesson the hard way? How do I shock my dog with a non-lethal amount of electric current? Is there no power going through that line at all?

tigers that I do not recall buying, probably got drunk in Southport and bought, and the new ones that are culturally appropriating native americans with the neon design.
Comfy AF.
I bought the 4" ones, but the Medium 4's showed off too much donger for the wife, she thought they were inappropriate. We had to take them back and Belk only had the 5.5's. I might grab another 4 this summer, but in a Large this time.

with a place there and they rent it cheap. $125 a night, but you kinda need to drive to the beach, the accesses are walkable, but not with a case of beer on ice, chairs, boogie boards, etc.

on demand. It beeps (sounds just like the wireless fence beep) and vibrate too. Real fun in more way than one. Bought it for the coonhound. First howl gets you a beep, second a vibrate, third gets you a yelp. You can turn the shockiness up and down on a scale from 1 to 100.
