It is unreal how dumb Coot fans are....straight from FGF...If we win out and Florida beats uga (unlikely) we win the east most likely especially if we beat an undefeated clemson. Post from Zarlot532...this dumb coot forgot the UGA has to lose twice

NC State beats Florida State, Florida State beats Clemson, Clemson beats NC State....who got the nod in the tie? In your scenario, expect Florida to be the NC State, you the Clemson (hahahahahaha, bet you despise that), and Georgia the Florida State. Take your scenario any further and it's just Florida taking you both out...still no soup for the coots.

and before you say it, yes I know NC State wasn't ever in the running due to their record, but Florida after a loss to a outside top 10 SCar would practially take them out of it the same, regardless the record. It'd be between SCar with 1 top 20 conference win vs UGA with 2 top 10 conference wins....obvious who gets the nod due to the win vs the two teams, much less the # ranked in conference wins within the top 10.

*with UGA having the higher ranked wins vs 2 teams @ #6 (vs SCar and vs LSU)...thus getting the nod definitely over SCar who doesn't play LSU, TAMU, nor Bama. Wow...keep stretching it.

Nah....3 way tie goes to highest ranked team. If for some strange reason USC wins out and Fla slipped up and beat UGA, USC would be higher ranked and get the nod
When you have to wait for maybe situations you are not in a good place

If it's a 3-way tie, doesn't the SEC send the highest ranked team from that tie to the SECCG?
Therefore UGA would have a more recent loss, Florida would have lost to the coots, and a coot win over an undefeated Clemson team would give them a huge boost.
It's an unlikely scenario, but from what I understand, the coot is correct.

you get the 1st place prize. I don't think anyone said it was possible just said there was a way for it to happen and you stated it perfectly.
Sounds odd that a win over Clemson would help an SEC team win their division but in this case it does. A 2 loss UGA team would rank lower than a 1 loss USC team with a recent win over Clemson (won't happen) but that is the way people can spin it to be higher ranked and take the east
no chance for that thanks to Clemson being too good this year
