How Dabo answers a question

I love our head coach. Really do. I watch/listen to his Tuesday press conferences every week on my lunch break. But I always get a kick out of how he answers questions.
"Coach, what's the weather like out there today?"
"It's pretty cool outside. I mean, for this time of year, it's pretty normal, I guess. It's really comfortable. Could be kind of hot in the sun and you're active or running around or something, but it's really nice, pleasant weather. If you're sitting in the shade, just reading a book or something, you're going to be pretty daggum cold. It's cold in the shade. But it's not as cold as some places. Shoot, I read where up in Minnesota or somewhere up there it was like, negative 10. That's cold. It's not that cold here. We're a lot warmer than that. But not as warm as Florida. I think they're in the 80s or 70s down there still. 65? I hadn't heard that. So, it's 65 down there, but it's still a lot warmer than here. It's really about where you are and what you're doing. Whether you're hot or cold, do your best. Don't let the weather dictate your attitude or what you can and can't do. If you're cold, put on a jacket and get outside. If you're hot, roll up your sleeves. Don't let the weather get to you. I've never let the weather dictate my day and I'm not gonna start now. That's just me. Some people, well, it's just me. There's a reason God gave us jackets to put on and sleeves that will roll up. We're gonna be the best team we can be regardless of the weather. Thankfully it's a pretty nice day today. 45 and sunny. Very nice. It's not as cold as Minnesota, but we're not in Minnesota. We're in Clemson. And it's a great day in Clemson. 98% of the people should be happy with the weather today. There's always 2% who will complain or aren't informed. But for the rest of the 98%, it's a great day."

And the problem with this is.............................. ? The man likes to talk and I don't have a problem with it at all compared to other coaches.

Never said it was a problem. Pretty sure that I never said that and I also said that I love our head coach. Couldn't ask for a better one. Just find it entertaining sometimes how he answers questions.

Outstanding analogy. You did great work. Great post. You’re right. He is the very best. I love him too, and it is hard to listen to any of his weekly pressers and not feel a little better about your day. He’s a blessing, that’s for sure.

Nailed it. Did anyone else read it with Dabo's voice in their head, his infection, his timing ? LOL
Even in the worst of times, it's great to be a Tiger. These days are off the charts.

Brilliant! Another reason I love his pressers and can’t stand to listen to anyone else’s. Dabo is never boring and always entertaining.
Not to mention pawsitively positive. It’s the reason SPorts Center wants to interview him rather than Saban the snoozer.
