But selfishly, how cool would it be if the Jags got him 1st in the 2nd round?!

I saw one mock draft that had that outcome.

Though, he deserves to be a 1st round pick. Came back to become a complete back, and he did that and more.

The Bills are rumored to be big on him. Outside of how cold it gets there late in the season it would be a really good position to start his career.

I always felt that going to Buffalo robbed CJ of what he could have been. I really hope ETN does not end up there.

Different kind of back. CJ total speed and agility. Even before Buffalo took him I questioned if being based in a cold weather location would bring on more injuries such as a hamstring. It also never seemed that Buffalo was willing to change their style to make the best use of CJ's talents.
I do like Josh Allen and I think there is a good fit for ETN, but I think ETN would have a better opportunity to flourish elsewhere -- like Jacksonville.

He only missed 3 games during his first 4 seasons in Buffalo. I loved Spiller, but the reason he wasn’t bigger in the NFL is because he never mastered reading his blocks. Speed still matters in the NFL, but you can’t simply rely on being faster than everyone else.

How did it rob Spiller, and how are the situations comparable today? The Bills have all different coaches and players and were 1 game away from the Super Bowl last year.
