ate at a Sub Station II. I didn't know they still existed until I saw one yesterday. I don't know why they moved in, the place failed as a quizno's two times already.

Meh. Not bad, but not as good as it used to be. For $9 for a turkey, chips, and drink, there are better deals to be had.

better...not sure I had another sub except from there and maybe Pat's sub shop until I went to Clemson.
Of course riding our bikes up there when we were young and playing video games made it cool too.

It was there when I was growing up. The subs got worse, IMO. They cut the meat too thick the last time I went (admittedly 4 or 5 years ago). If Jersey Mikes wasn't so expensive, I'd live there.
