Someone messed up their price and listed 2 in Section 209 for $64 each. Sold immediately. StubHub will void the sale I'm sure. Think of the agony on both sides...

western unioned half the money this morning and he's going to meet me at the gate with my tickets. He wanted all the money up front, but I'm too smart for that! I got his name email address and phone number just to make sure.

Why would they void the sale? You can't just void a sale because the price was too low. What if all the people who sold tickets last week wanted to void their sales since the prices are higher now?

The seller penalty for failing to deliver is only 20% of the sale pricee - in this case about $4 versus the $1000 or so lost otherwise. So, they take the hit and relist the tickets.
