What do you guys want Chad to say?

That he thinks Cole is crap and can't run the offense? That we are going to the single wing or the triple option? If you honestly believe that we have the ability to line up and run over people then you are kidding yourselves. We just aren't built to do that.

That'd be creative.

We don't have a good lead blocker and Webster is probably our best interior lineman.

1st TD of the year was a 4th and 1 with QB under center

So other than pure hardheadedness from Morris, I have no idea where this "we are what we are" soft on short yardage mantra came from. Our 1st TD of the year on a 4th and 1 play on the 1 yard line....with the QB under center and handed off to a diving running back.
So I don't know if that was an aberration or if Chad lost his big boy football book after the 1st qtr in Athens, but on the 1st drive of the season, when we needed a yard we were under center and used a quick developing play to help hide our our weakness (the OLine).

I don't want him to say anything. His QB is 6'4" and 230 lbs. He should be able to fall forward and pick up 18 inches in a couple of plays. At least you don't lose 5 yards.

I want him to go out there and put up 30-40 points without a defensive or special teams score and not have so many 3 and outs. That's what you're supposed to do when you're the highest paid OC in the world.

you must not have been reading much of the posts. We want him to say that the short run game is primarily a coaching issue and stop making excuses, comparing us to TB last year, etc.

They want Chad to call them each out by name and admit that they all know more about football than he ever will. BUT equally as important, they want Chad to explain to the media that the negative connotation of these grown men living in their mother's basement is unfair and shouldn't be tolerated!

And who’s fault is that we're not built for that? All we heard when Chad was hired is that his offense wasn’t like the usual “soft” spread offenses found around CFB..His was supposed to be a run based “smash spread”. Well, it’s four years later and where is that offense? After Dabo, isn't Chad the one responsible for seing that we recruit and develop the type players we need to run his offense?

Boulware...you go in motion and on the snap drill the left end.
Reader....you're the up back...on the snap...straight at the left tackle/linebacker.
Cole, Olsen, Choice , Pinion, kick holder, anyone..... you take the snap, turn and toss it back to Fleming and get in the way of the right DE or anyone else coming across.
Fleming...We're gonna do this till you get in.
On 1.
This is what I want to hear Chad say.....thanks for asking.

IF Fleming is not ready, what are you doing to get him ready.
Should not be that hard to get up to speed for 3 or 4 different plays
Season is half over & Fleming should have been prepped for short yardage from the beginning of camp
Coach V does not have a problem admitting when he is wrong. First step in getting it corrected
