Anyone else on the HJ train? He would be one of if not the oldest QB's playing... a few "elder statesmen" have led their teams to a Natty and won a Heisman.... Weinke, Burrow... What a God written story that would be...

The odds are more like that of a scratch off $1 ticket. We all know how it could happen. DJ is gone after a few games for whatever reason. The young, scrambling Cade is injured. HJ, our running backs and defense take us to the house.

There’s absolutely no resemblance between Burrow and Hunter Johnson. Burrow should have been named the starter at Ohio State and he was passed over because he was white. You guys really don’t follow the game much outside of your own area much

Hey 44 that's a bit harsh. Granted he may not be a Heisman candidate but he's far from trash. Give Hunter a chance before just writing him off. Never know he could come in and save the year you just don't know.

Yea bc northwesterns roster is just littered with talent lol not really fair assessment when no one on that offense would prob make the 2-3 deep at Clemson … not all about the player, he has to have some type of talent around him … with that being said he has def not lived up to expectations but calling him trash is a bit far reached … if you wanna call the NW teams he was on trash I’d listen lol

Anything can happen. All it took was basically one half at QB against Syracuse, a great defense and Chase Brice became a Tiger legend.

I think it is very much possible that Hunter Johnson will be the most able QB that we have in 2022.......I also think if that is the case we are in for another mediocre season.

He’s a worst case scenario QB. As in DJ and Klubnik got hurt and has to be relied on. Then we’ll all hope he’s serviceable. A game manger type. Probably have to rely heavy on the run game. Let’s hope this doesn’t happen.
