Mods, Owners, et al serious question

As a long time user there appears to be virtually no moderation of this forum. I know from time to time users vanish. I see references to being RAed. But I see no actual terms of service and no description of what the ! actually does. The place is becoming an absolute cesspool. I would gladly resume paying if there was the slightest indication that anyone cared about the content here. You have a system (Tiger Pulse) that could easily be adapted for moderation purposes. This site has an outsize influence in the world of Clemson sports and shouldn’t be run almost exclusively by trolls.

Thanks for the reply. If you’re still watching I am curious if there is an actual term of service for the message board. And what does the ! do - does it flag a post for your attention? I know I’m not a perfect user and have let myself be dragged into ugly discourse on more than one occasion. But a single user who replied critically to this thread has created 35 new threads in the past 24 hours. Each one a minor variation of “boy this team sucks”. That’s more than half the threads that display on the homepage of the board. I would consider that spamming.
