"Does anyone know of a good lawyer to hire to sue Greenville county? My wife is currently at the detention center, she is transgender and looks every bit of a female except she still grows facial hair and has her twig and berries. They put her on hold for five days. Medical was saying mental health was holding her and mental health would say it was medical. After three days of being in a holding cell with a phone and someone else’s blood and urine everywhere, she was moved to red pod without any contact outside and had to be put in shackles if she was to move anywhere. She wasn’t allowed showers. Was regularly skipped on meals and has a medical condition that doesn’t allow her to use the bathroom correctly, so those showers are super necessary for her health. When she finally got moved to general population yesterday, she’s been hit on and flirted with, touched, groped and rubbed up against. She’s in a big room with a bunch of other males and no doors between them. Greenville county is not taking care of her at all. I can’t get in contact with our current lawyer for anything. I’ve been calling multiple times per day and I’ve gotten no response or reply. Does anyone know if a good lawyer to go to so I can sue Greenville county? Please let me know asap. I don’t know what I’m going to do if something ends up happening in there, she will be put in the SHU even if she is the victim and doesn’t fight back. If you know anyone who can help me, please let me know.

Update: she just told me she won’t be allowed any good behavior or work credits to lessen her time. She was told in the court room with myself and our family listening, that she would be allowed the option of lessening her sentence, but now there is a paper only signed by a judge that had spots for her signature and a witness which were not signed. We don’t know what to do, isn’t a judge’s word in court held to the standards of law? They can’t change it afterwards and not tell her can they? I’m in the process of getting a transcript of what was said. Please send me and my wife good vibes <3

Update 2: my lawyer’s secretary got back to me and said the lawyer doesn’t deal with any kind of jail issues whatsoever. What an expensive paperweight."

"My wife about five years ago was the sole person in her house that had a job and a car. She had ended up with 11 other bums in her house. One day she decides she wasn’t gonna do it anymore if none of them would get off their butts and work. She evicts them and leaves for a week to her grandparents. All of her devices were left over there and they were all connected via Dropbox. She comes back and all of her things were either trashed or stolen. She looks through her windows phone and finds horrifying pictures of children and throws her phone across the room. She grew up in group homes, so she has ptsd from that. She takes her phone to the police department and because she had already evicted said people, the department decided to charge her for knowing she had them and for them being shared from her device. On the newspaper they made her out to be the leader of a child s*x ring, but they couldn’t actually charge her with it. She hires an expensive lawyer who doesn’t do anything and tells her she has a court date 20 minutes before it’s scheduled. She spends 9 months behind bars and three years on probation. Two weeks before everything is done and over with, her homophobic and two faced probation officer finds something to charge her with so he can try to get her sent down the road for a long time. Literally asks the judge for her to be put in jail for six years and on an ankle monitor for the rest of her life. The judge says no to the ankle monitor because he says it wouldn’t help her in any sort of way or fashion and sentences her to 90 days and probation completed. Almost seven years of hell for something she wouldn’t do if someone was pointing a gun to her head because it was physically done to her from the age of 3 to the age of 18 when she aged out of group homes. Just fyI, her ex who was living in her house at the time was caught with his 8 yo niece about two years ago and is sitting in prison to this day. I hope that paints the picture you all may have needed."
