On Signing Day, I'd potentially watch for

announcements from guys like John Simpson, Lavert Hill, Trayvon Mullen and possibly Isaiah Simmons. However, anything could happen between now and then. I also would not rule us out of contention with any of the aforementioned folks as well as Romeo Finley, Marcelino Ball and Arkeem Byrd- however unlikely such a scenario may seem. This is not to imply that we will be taking commits from all of these individuals. At this time, it would appear that Mecole Hardman is trending towards UGA or Tenn. It has probably been mentioned but DB Malek Young has committed to Miami according to a Twitter post. Most are also probably aware that P Will Spiers has accepted a walk-on position at Clemson.
On National Signing Day I'll probably start an entire thread with updates to pass along any Clemson or ACC related news as well as national news.

Stallings wasn't a name I had heard connected to Clemson before. He's an intriguing fallback option.

Our staff was just up there to see him and we're trying to get a visit. I suppose the reason I left his name off is partially because I don't wanna get anyjuans hopes up at the moment. But I wouldn't count out our staff. They've done some really impressive things.

So this is something new that I'm going to give a shot at this year for the very first time. On National Signing Day, or as I call it Christmas Day, I will be releasing my Top 217 in 2017. Just figured that as closely as I follow it that I might give it a try. There are a ton of factors that will be taken into consideration but we'll get into that later. Fortunately, I will not be judging a prospect by the number of overall offers they have and I could care less how many SEC schools are, or aren't, interested in them. There will be no bias in this one- which could be a first. I would love any feedback or suggestions from any of you.
