WOODSTOCK

After a morning of stress (dentist) I am on the porch early with beer and tunes.
I have the Time-Life Woodstock albums on shuffle. I have a quality stereo system out here.
I have met an amazing number of people who claim to have been at Woodstock. In the 70's it was a badge of honor in my crowd, so I think 99.9% lied. I bet some of yalls parents or grandparents were there or claim to have been there?
In August 1969 I was overseas in the service of Uncle Sam.

The deal was about the time you got your babe "in the mood", you had to get outa bed and flip the record.

battle in 1969 myself, when we ran the Fewell Estates kids off of Heathwood Creek with mud clods. It was a glorious time in our nation's history, indeed.

I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow. Not looking forward to it, but such is life.
Sitting here watching the Master's with my Dad, and I made homemade egg salad sandwiches for the occasion.
I know a lot of people who used to wear Tuffskins. Today they swear their mom bought them Levi's or Bugle Boy pants but back then we knew they were bargain rack pants. I believe them to be liars.
