I'm wondering why diversity, equality, and inclusion are incompatible with Christianity. Was Christ a big fan of uniformity, inequality, and exclusion?
From a business standpoint, it's illegal to discriminate based on gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc., so all companies have to be diverse, equal, and inclusive in terms of hiring and treatment of employees. This guy just said out loud what they're required to do by law anyway.
It's funny how we don't want businesses ramming their politics down our throats unless it's conservative politics in which case GO BALLS DEEP BABY!!

They just can't exclude based on any protected criteria.
At my company, we're maybe 90% male employees. That's because we're engineers and we rarely get a female applicant. We don't have to hire more women to meet a standard, we just can't not hire someone because they are female. Same goes with race, etc.
Most of the large corporations with DEI heads are actively seeking to diversify their company and their management. Go talk to white males in corporate America with DEI heads and see how their career ceiling is looking.
