I have a friend whose championship game ticket was lost in the mail. It was originally ordered through IPTAY. Does anyone know their policy regarding lost tickets &/or how he can get another copy? Thanks in advance for your help...

Didn't know the NCG tickets were mailed. Print at home via email or will call were the options that we had.

They weren't mailed from IPTAY. Another friend of ours who lives elsewhere ordered a block of 4 tickets. He got the tickets originally and was then mailing them out to us.
