Monte Lee

Jun 2, 2015, 2:13 PM

Lets say: Monte Lee is hired either straight out of a JL resignation/firing or hired as coach in waiting during JL's farewell tour..The coots fall on their faces again next season and are looking for a head coach..What do you think he would do?

We need to think about these things fellas :)..

P.S I used to worry about Tommy Bowden leaving us high and dry for FSU..

I think (and have heard from friends of his) that he really wanted the job at Carolina when Tanner stepped down and felt snubbed. I don't think they would be a real threat. Personally I think he would do well at Clemson. He would certainly fit the mold that our fans like in that he is a good ole country boy that likes to hunt a fish. lol

You heard wrong. Holbrook was the coach in waiting from day 1. Monte was never a consideration and never expected to be.

But he is a good coach and will do well wherever he is.

He recruits the type of players we "used to have". We don't need 1st basemen who bat 9th in the order.

Screw Calford.

Our 1st basemen only bat 9th in the order because we
