importance of CBB to ACC revenues---it's all about footbawl baby. Figures that a tobacco road idjit would negotiate that crap GOR deal on the basis of grossly inflated roundball revenues.
Anyway, looking back, WF, Dook, Cuse, Pitt, BC and to some extent Louisville (most likely Big XII bound) are the losers here. There is a lesson here for AD's going forward. Footbawl is king.

Just looking at revenues, anyway, they seem to have plateaued. Not sure how much of an impact COVID made......so there's that.

Swofford was not a visionary and always seemed to be reactive as opposed to proactive.
He also made deals that benefited his son and his old buddies from UNC that were not in the best interest of the conference.
He couldn't negotiate his way out of his own friggin' driveway with a road map and a GPS.
