It seemed like a blown call last night when the puppy player didn't really go out if bounds but did anyone catch why NC State didn't challenge?

Thank you for the picture. I saw him step out on the original play and on one shot secpn showed it but they would not ever replay that shot because their bias sports broadcasting against Clemson.
