I purchased a 4 acre lot in Hawkinsville GA, currently living in 5th wheel camper on Robins AFB. Any reccomendations on home builders in Central GA? Any suggestions woukd be greatly appreciated.

for 3-4k a piece delivered. It is up to you to arrange them, they can be stacked or laid side by side. There will be no need for a foundation, just pilings, but you will need to rent a couple of crane and crane operators as well as a team of welders for a day or two. The real fun begins after that.

Can’t help with a builder...but did just build a house...will just wish you luck. If married, and assuming you want to remain that way, be prepared to just say “yes dear” and increase your budget as needed.

I remember thirty eight years ago when my wife still looked great in a bikini, (before kids),and I could still see the muscles in my stomach (before getting fat).
