I know that I ruffled some panties yesterday. That wasn't my intention at all. I was just wanting to state how I felt and people got all butt hurt. (sorry FBCoach, I really dont care how you feel)
Today I am back to normal. That whole thing lasted about as long as I had COVID. Do I think I had some chest issues afterwards, maybe, but I also was running more than ever and my RHR was elevated, so I am not 100% sure.
Anyway, I still stand on what I said yesterday, just sorry that some of you got into fights and all butthurt. Butthurt is no way to go through life.

the "author"notice in the thread. No offense, so no apology needed, but I accept.
But about that clock ... I am so off cable that I even canceled youtubetv (carry it during football season). What I miss is the dvr feature. Been wondering about finding an old dvr somewhere, but not sure I could run my Roku through it. Not asking for advice - my kids can handle it - am just admitting to the point at which I give up. And that I'm not giving up my iphone 4, which is already too big.
In reverse shaming, my dad - he's 91 - has whatever the newest one is: I laugh at him about how big it is.

But it's not the politicians's backward non apology. I heard, "I shouldn't have said it. I apologize. I believe what I said, and people's reaction is their own, but I shouldn't have said it." That is fair. One can define the thing for which one i apologizing. The acceptance of an apology can be as limited as its scope, and he probably wouldn't ask for more.

Older guy, but whatevs. This man had a mask on. What kind of mask, you ask? That I'm not sure but I can tell you this thing was majestic. It was roughly the size of a Jeff Cook Real Estate Billboard though. I'm talking emergency blanket potential.
Anyhoo, it was white. And in blue letters it said:
FULLY
VACCINATED
I thought it was weird. Could not understand why he was wearing a mask, unless just in the name of following the instructions on some small sign on the door.
