this foot injury?...I've heard broken, I've heard sprained, I don't know exactly what it is. He looked absolutely fine as far as movement, walking, etc the entire N.Carolina game. Did he hurt it after the game???

It certainly looks convenient. Part of me can't believe a Coaching staff and player would make it up. But it looks bad.

Other than being busted red-handed faking an injury because you are desperate to try another QB to salvage your season, I see no reason to care really. Week before we play them it may or may not be important. Until then, it's not important.

Muscoot reported it was a sprain and it happened on the last play when he got sacked. A UNC player landed on his foot. Muscoot stated that Jake reported pain in his foot Saturday night. Had a MRI Sunday, didn't get the results until Sunday night. Won't know if surgery is needed until later this week.

:) That's what I told some people today when they asked me how he injured his foot. Even if it's a rumor, it sounds more true than any possible truth.
